Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices use different methods to alert you that something requires your attention. This can be through an amplified signal, vibration, or flashing lights. Examples include: an amplified telephone, fire signaling devices, doorbell signaling devices, smoke detectors, amplified stethoscopes, personal sound amplifiers like the Companion Mic, vibrating alarm clocks, TV Ears, and many others. These devices can be used separately or with your hearing aids.
